What is your return policy?

Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a free replacement or refund.

How long does shipping take?

All orders go through a production period of 2–5 business days before shipping. Once shipped, domestic (US) orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days via standard shipping. Total delivery time is usually 5–10 business days from the time of purchase.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

We offer a wide range of sizes to fit everyone. Please refer to the size chart on each individual product page for exact measurements, as sizing can vary by style.
