What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
Since our products are custom-made to order, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a product with an issue, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with photos of the problem. We'll review your case and provide a replacement or refund for qualifying situations. We stand behind the quality of our work!
When will I get my order?
Our products are made-to-order with Printful, so each item is created specifically for you. Production typically takes 2-7 business days depending on the product type, then shipping takes an additional 3-10 business days for domestic US orders. In total, you can expect delivery within 5-17 business days from the time you place your order. We'll keep you updated every step of the way!
How much does shipping cost?
Once your order ships from our Printful facility, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website in real-time, or check your order status anytime in your confirmation email. We'll make sure you know exactly where your order is at every stage of delivery.
